The contents and images within all patterns are owned by Colin of All Things Knitty's Crochet Studio and are NOT for resale or reupload (in whole or in part). some of my designs may be based on established and otherwise owned characters I do not claim ownership of their property only the written instructions contained in the pdf and photos are owned by All Things Knitty

Please respect the hard work it takes to design a pattern and DO NOT make copies for distribution. when SHARING your finished creations made using my design please direct your friends to the original pattern store Please do not email the pdf even if the pattern is free. My design and photos remain my intellectual property even after purchase* and by purchasing or downloading this pattern you are agreeing to the terms set in this page it remains your obligation to read before purchase and by completing the purchase you have therefore been deemed to have agreed to these terms.

You may make and sell as many toys as you like however you MUST NOT claim the pattern or photos as your own, You MUST NOT copy the pdf in whole or in part. you are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from offering free copies of a pattern that you have paid for, either for your own financial gain or to deny the designer their legal recompense. I will use legal means to reclaim any loses incurred. you must not upload the pdf to your own blog, webpage or on social media .

OTHER DESIGNERS Must not use any instructions contained in the pdf when writing your own pattern or profit from my designs unless the changes made are greater than 25% also credit should be given for example "My design was based on an original concept by All Things Knitty's crochet studio"

Credit can be given on all social media using the hash tag #allthingknitty or @all things knitty's crochet creations. If making toy for child less than 3 years old then DO NOT use plastic eyes or any other small parts that may become a choking hazard. Supervision and common sense should be exercised. All Things Knitty's crochet studio will take no responsibility for accident, injury or death resulting from improper supervision of children, or animals.
